2.1. Subscription Plans: Minecraft Club UK offers subscription plans on a weekly or monthly basis, allowing subscribers to access certain content and services.

2.2. Cancellation: Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time without incurring a penalty. Cancellation can be initiated through the user’s account settings on the Website. Members are entitled to attend any event that takes place while their membership remains active.

3.2. In-Game Data: Minecraft Club log many actions undertaken on the Server to provide safety for users and the infrastructure of the Server itself. These logs include but are not limited to Logins, Chat, Signs, Blocks Places, Chests Opened, Fires Started, Minutes Played.

4.1. Age: All members of the Website and Server, excluding employees or representatives of Minecraft Club must be within the ages between 7-14.

4.2. UK Focused Service: Minecraft Club UK primarily caters to customers in the United Kingdom. However, we welcome international users who speak English and agree to adhere to UK laws and these Terms and Conditions.

10.2. User-Generated Content: Users are encouraged to share their in-game screenshots and images on the Website and associated social media channels. By uploading, submitting, or sharing such content, you grant Minecraft Club UK a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content for the aforementioned purposes.

10.3. 11. Staff and External Users

11.1. Safety Checks: All staff representing Minecraft Club will have undergone child safety checks relevant to their country of residence, which match the same level of that available to UK employees.

11.2. External Users: In order to meet certification requirements or to further expand Minecraft Club, there may be a requirement for an external body to access the server. In these instances the user themselves will have had to prove they possess a level of child safety certification, or be monitored at all times by a member of Staff.
